Urdu Recipe for Lassi

In villages it is taken as Sehr drink in Ramadan. It is a very cold liquid and people of subcontinent love to have it. Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 Cup
  • Yogurt 1 Small Bowl
  • Salt 1 Pinch
  • Honey 1 Table Spoon
  • Sugar According to Need
  • Water Half Glass
  • Ice Cube As per Requirement

Procedure:
