Chicken= 1 kg
Rice = 700 gram
Onion (fried)
Salt = as your requirement
Red peppers = 1 tablespoon
Oil = 1 cup
Coriander = one bundle
Mint = one bundle
Tomato = 250 g
Yogurt = 5-6 table spoon
Cashew = 15- 20 pieces
Milk (to solve saffron) = 4 table spoon
Spices =1 tablespoon
Food color = according to requirement
Saffron = according to need

First of all heat the oil and then add pieces of onion and Spices in it. when onion color become light brown; add ginger and garlic plus chicken it in along with tomato, chilies, yogurt, coriander, red peppers, salt and start to mix. When chicken fried completely, keep this mixture separate for few minutes. Now boil the rice and filtered to extract water from it.  Now make a layer of chicken curry and rice. Dissolve saffron into the milk .On the top of the layer, add this saffron dissolved milk and keep on fire for few moments with close lid. At the end, separate coriander on all the side. It is ready to serve with salad.
