Daily Express Pakistan Urdu Column Zero Point by Javed Chaudhry
The article was published on 13 July, 2012. The topic under consideration is the two main institutions in Pakistan. Judiciary and media are the two pillars of a society. Every leader and power person tried to defame these two but he couldn’t, t do so. These are like ravelin in a state to save oneself from the enemies, as did the Germans do. They have still underground residences which are there to hide in a war situation. Although Europe is now a peaceful country and a member of European Union but Germany still maintain those underground ravelins. When media raised the matter of Arslan Iftikhaar then people believed that it is independent and fair. Although both institutions have some flaws but those are found in all of us. We cannot reject it at all. The theme of the article is Hanif Abbasi who is trapped in ephedrine case and no one is ready to hear him. He wants justice from Supreme Court. But our system takes years and centuries to solve a matter. If this man will not be given justice then a time will come when people will have no more trust. All the details are given below in Urdu and you can read it.
