Fenugreek is very good for health as they are rich in antioxidant, iron and also a good source of dietary fiber. 1 fresh fenugreek fist, 4 to 5 peppers, salt one spoon, one onion, flour 3 cups, green coriander1 fist, red pepper 1.5 and ghee 3 eating spoons, water as per need and cooking oil.
Properly wash the fenugreek leaves and cut the coriander in to small parts. Cut the onion in big pieces. Now add pepper and salt in it and cut into small pieces. Include some water if you feel that it is required. After this add ghee in to the flour and mix it with hands. This quantity can be increased also. Keep it covered for at least half hour.
