Urdu Recipe For Tikka Chicken Biryani
Variety of dishes are cooked by females at home. It has become a trend to serve the guests with many foods. Cooking craze is found to be at peak especially in Ramadan month. Tikka is a barbecue dish while Biryani is a food which is prepared by rice. Both are very famous in sub-continent separately. It’s a gift for those people who like to eat biryani. Chicks 1 kg, vinegar 4 and pepper 1 spoon, spices, ginger & garlic paste 1 and orange color 1/4 spoon. Salt as per taste, oil 1/4 and yogurt 1 cup. Turmeric half and coriander 1.5 spoons. 15 leaves of mint and boiled rice half kg.
Paste all ingredients on the chicken and put it aside for 30 minutes. Now fry it in to a fry pane. Now put onion in another put and fry them as well. Wait until it turns brown. It will take about 15 minutes. Now add small pieces of tomato as well. Now add rest of the items also and cook it properly for few moments.
