Aloo-Che-ki-Chutni Food Recipes in Urdu


  • Aluche 500gm
  • Salt According to need
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 Tea Spoon
  • Sugar 750gm
  • Ginger 1 Tea Spoon (Grind)
  • Lemon Juice 2 Tea Spoon
  • Water 1Cup


Use saucepan after washing Aluche and separate its branches. After that put in Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Sugar, Ginger and water after that cook in the mid light fire. When Aluche Busts and paste become solid (Ameza Yaqjan)  then mix lemon juice and down saucepan from the burner. Do embellishment with the four seeds (char Magaz) after placing it in the bowl. Swedish Alo-Chatni is ready. Use it with the every dish of food except separate.
