Afghani Biryani Urdu Recipe

Chicken = 1 kg
Rice = tree cups
Tomato= half kg
Fried onion = one cup
Salt= according to your requirement
Black pepper (pieces) = 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil = one cup

Clean the rice and soaked for 20 minutes in water. Take a cooking utensil and add 3-4 cups of water. Add the soaked rice in this water and leave it to boiling for 10-20 minutes.  Then filter water through mesh or wire gauze. Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces. After that fry chicken in cooking oil. Grind the onion and tomato in three cups of water with salt and black peppers. Boil the soup, after that spread rice in large size utensil then spread the chicken soup above it. After that cover the layer with rice again. Keep it for 20 minutes on little fire.
